2. Payment and Booking

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation slot
• All fees are clearly communicated before the consultation begins
• Payment confirmation and consultation details will be sent via email

3. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
• Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

• Technical failures on my end that prevent service delivery
• Emergency cancellation on my part
• Services not delivered as described in the initial agreement

Not Eligible for Refund:

• No-shows without prior notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (except emergencies)
